Payment/Insurance Information

All sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be scheduled if requested.   My fees will be discussed with you when you call to schedule your appointment.

Insurance
My practice is self-pay. I do not accept any kind of insurance. However, if you have insurance that is a PPO, or you have an out of network package, you will most likely receive 50%-80% reimbursement of my fee. For those clients that do not have insurance, a reasonable sliding scale fee is available based on income and your ability to pay. I will do everything I can to accommodate your financial situation.  I am here to help.  Please inquire.

Payment
Cash, Check, PayPal and all Major Credit Cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Please kindly notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. You can either call or text message me at 561-758-3795, or e-mail me at elizabethglernerlcsw@comcast.net with your cancellation. Thank you!
